There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 double bedded and 2 twin bedded, and in any of those bedrooms a third single bed can be comfortably placed. A cot is also available. 2 of the bedrooms are en suite and there is a family bathroom containing a separate shower and bath. There is a cloakroom toilet in the utility room. 1 ensuite bedroom is upstairs. Heating is by underfloor heating.

There are wooden floors throughout at ground level apart from bathrooms and the lounge has wonderful views across the fields to the distant hills. There is Sky + TV and a telephone. The kitchen has every possible piece of equipment with beautiful units topped by polished granite work tops. There is a hob plus traditional oven, plus microwave. And for that country living feeling there is an Aga which will become the hub of the kitchen/dining area. The dining room leads out onto a glass covered deck with further decking round the front of the house.
