Lorien is a modern Scandinavian style bungalow situated in the quiet centre of this popular village with a picturesque view up the River Nethy.

Nethybridge is situated in a beautiful part of the Spey Valley and is found on the Coylumbridge / Grantown road about 12 miles north-east of Aviemore. The village lies on either side of the River Nethy and borders Dell Wood and Abernethy Forest.

The property has four bedrooms - two double rooms, triple room including bunks and small bunk room - a large lounge / dining room and kitchen. There is a bathroom (with separate shower) and a shower room.

The house is triple glazed with electric storage and panel heating, and a wood burning stove. A conservatory looks out onto an attractive garden and there is parking for two cars and a single garage
