It is ideally situated for family activity holidays with walking, ski-ing, watersports, fishing, golf and birdwatching nearby. It is a superb base for touring, with easy access to the Cairngorms, Speyside, Moray Coast and Royal Deeside.
The house is a large house which sleeps up to 11. It can, if desired, be subdivided into two smaller entirely self contained units for letting - the main house sleeping 7, and the annexe sleeping 4. The units are separated by a lockable fire door. Each unit has its own entrance, separate garden, and separate parking.
